Does PRISM+ offer professional installation services?

Yes, we provide professional wall-mounting services for our Smart TVs. You can select the installation add-on during checkout. Please ensure your wall type is compatible before booking.

What is the PRISM+ Zero Dead Pixel policy?

We pride ourselves on quality. Our Zero Dead Pixel policy allows for a one-to-one exchange if you find even a single dead pixel on your monitor within the first 7 days of purchase.

What payment methods are available?

How do I claim my product warranty?

Warranty claims can be initiated through our dedicated Support Portal. Most of our products come with a 3-year onsite warranty, meaning our technicians will visit your home for repairs.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our automated fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
